Concerning making a Donation

We are in the process of starting up with an anticipated beginning date of September 1, 2007.

At the present time we do NOT have tax exempt status. The first donations will be used to get our tax exempt certification. Any donations received before having that official will be treated as loans and converted to donations after it is official. Should we not get that status by the end of 2007, any donations made will be refunded less any direct expenses incurred in the process of gettting the tax exempt status.

Be sure to complete every field on the form, and be as specific as possible.
